Quiet, Distraction-Free Environment: Provide a dedicated space for your child to focus.
Reliable Technology: Ensure stable internet, a working device (with Zoom or Koala Classroom), and a camera with a mounting arm for desktop visibility.
Consistent Schedule: Stick to a regular schedule to build routine and momentum. Any planned changes to the next month’s schedule need to be communicated to your tutor immediately.
Positive Reinforcement: Encourage your child and celebrate their progress to keep motivation high.
Open Communication: Stay in touch with the tutor and central office for updates, concerns, or adjustments.
Preparedness: Ensure your child has necessary materials (textbooks, notebooks, etc.) ready for each session.
Timely Payment: Pay invoices within 5 days of receipt. *If using ClassWallet, submit proof of payment promptly. After three unpaid sessions, tutoring may be paused.
Schedule Changes: Provide 24 hours advance notice for schedule changes (with the exception of fast onset illness). For long breaks, a deposit is required to hold your spot, refundable with one month's notice. Tutors may still bill for sessions when less than 24 hrs notice is given.

A Professional Hour of Service: 50 minutes of screen time, the remaining 10 minutes are for record-keeping and parent communication as needed, regarding your student.

Professional and Punctual: Tutors will always be on time, professionally dressed, and promptly communicate any schedule changes.
Tech-Ready and Prepared: We ensure seamless sessions with reliable technology and backup plans, keeping you informed and prepared. Other than student manipulatives and workbooks required by the curriculum, all other necessary teaching materials are provided by the tutor.
Clear and Flexible Communication: Tutors handle scheduling, provide lesson notes (at your preferred frequency), and are transparent about billing and rescheduling, always making thoughtful decisions.

Liability & Security: We maintain liability insurance, background checks, and qualification records for all tutors, ensuring a safe, trustworthy tutoring experience.
Scheduling & Progress Tracking: Our platform allows you to schedule sessions, track progress, and receive reminders through an app. This feature will be available soon.
Ongoing Support & Communication: We facilitate open communication between you and your tutor, regularly checking in to address any concerns. We're always available if you prefer to reach out directly to us.
Tutor Training & Collaboration: Our tutors receive continuous training and support, working closely with the lead team to tailor instruction to your child's needs.
